Privacy Policy
This policy describes what this website does with personal data. It is written to describe actual behaviour rather than to cover every hypothetical case.

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is VIALÉA Guest Revenue, an independent guest services and revenue partner founded and operated by Florencia Mazzoni. She reviews every enquiry personally and is the point of contact for anything concerning your data.
You can reach the controller through the contact form on this website, or through the LinkedIn profile linked in the footer. When a dedicated privacy address is published, it will appear in this section.
Why we process your data, and on what basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to a partnership enquiry and assessing whether the operation is a fit | Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract |
| Replying to a guest service request and coordinating the service | Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract |
| Keeping a record of the enquiry and our reply | Legitimate interest in documenting our own commercial correspondence |
| Complying with accounting or tax obligations where a contract follows | Legal obligation |
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile you, and we do not sell it. There is no automated decision-making.
What this site collects automatically
Nothing. This website sets no cookies, uses no advertising technology and runs no third-party tracking scripts. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.
If privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics are enabled in future, this page will be updated before that happens and the provider will be named here.
What you may choose to send us
If you complete a form on this site, we receive only what you typed into it. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Your name and role
- Your company or property
- Your email address and WhatsApp number
- Details about your property, destination and arrivals
- Anything you write in a free-text field
We also store, alongside your message, the campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through, the page you landed on, the site that referred you and the language you were reading in. This tells us which channels bring genuine enquiries. It is technical context attached to your message, not a profile, and it never leaves the same record.
Who processes it, and where
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, our hosting provider, acting as data processor under its own data processing agreement. Submissions are stored in Netlify’s platform and a copy is emailed to the controller.
Netlify is a United States company and its infrastructure may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the safeguards Netlify publishes for its platform, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. If you would rather not use the form, you can reach the controller through LinkedIn instead.
The readiness assessment
Answers to the assessment stay in your browser while you complete it and are not transmitted anywhere. They reach us only if you choose to send the resulting summary through the form or by WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship: kept for up to 24 months from our last exchange, so we can recognise the context if you write again, then deleted
- Enquiries that lead to a working relationship: kept for the duration of that relationship, and afterwards only as long as accounting or tax rules require
- Guest service requests: kept until the stay is complete and any follow-up is closed
- At any point, and regardless of the above, you may ask us to delete your data
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Where coordinating a service requires it, the minimum necessary information is shared with the supplier delivering that service — a name and a pickup time for a driver, for example.
Your rights, and how to exercise them
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, ask us to restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and request a portable copy.
- 01Write to the controller through the contact form on this site, or through the LinkedIn profile in the footer, stating which right you wish to exercise
- 02We may ask for enough information to confirm the request comes from you — no more than necessary
- 03We respond within one month; if the request is complex we will tell you before that month is out and explain the delay
- 04Exercising any of these rights is free of charge
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work.

Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes to how data is handled will be described rather than absorbed silently.
