Experience

Built from inside luxury hospitality.

VIALÉA did not begin as a marketing theory about ancillary revenue. It began from the other side of the desk — from knowing how guests actually buy, how properties actually run, and precisely where the opportunity is lost.

Professional background

  • More than 13 years in sales and negotiation
  • Close to a decade specialised in luxury hospitality and private concierge work
  • Led service sales across a portfolio of 14 premium properties
  • Operated with up to 60 guest groups simultaneously
  • Supplier coordination, guest care and closing high-value services

The points above describe Florencia’s professional background prior to founding VIALÉA. They are not results produced by VIALÉA, and they are not presented as case studies.

Working across a portfolio of premium properties makes one thing obvious very quickly: the moment a guest is most willing to spend is rarely the moment anyone is available to sell. Requests arrive while a check-in is happening. A good recommendation is remembered two days after it would have been useful. A supplier goes quiet on a Friday afternoon and the guest never hears back.

None of that is a failure of hospitality. It is a structural gap. Properties are built to deliver a stay, not to run a commercial process alongside it — and the people closest to the guest are usually the people with the least time.

VIALÉA exists to occupy that gap deliberately: to hold the commercial conversation that would otherwise not happen, to coordinate the suppliers behind it, and to leave a record of what was sold so the next season is planned on evidence rather than impressions.

How we work

Three commitments that shape every decision.

  1. 01

The guest experience comes before the sale

A service sold badly costs the property more than the margin it produced. We would rather decline a request than deliver it poorly.
  2. 02

    The property stays in control

How we appear, what we may offer and where the boundaries sit are defined by the property, in writing, before the first arrival.
  3. 03

Nothing is claimed that cannot be shown

No invented figures, no borrowed case studies, no promises of results. Every sale is recorded, and the record is what we discuss.

Measurement

How a VIALÉA trial is evaluated.

A trial is bounded from the start: an agreed set of arrivals over an agreed period. Throughout it, every step of the funnel is recorded, so at the end both sides are looking at the same numbers rather than at impressions.

What gets recorded

  • 01Arrivals assigned to the trial
  • 02Guests contacted
  • 03Replies received
  • 04Requests identified
  • 05Services quoted
  • 06Services sold
  • 07Revenue generated
  • 08Net margin
  • 09Additional revenue per stay served

These indicators measure VIALÉA’s own performance and nothing else. Sales completed by the property or by any third party are excluded from the count, which is what makes the result reviewable rather than flattering.

No figures are shown here because no trial results are published without a partner property’s permission — and none are invented in the meantime.

Next step

The best way to assess us is a specific conversation.

About your property, your destination and your next arrivals — not about theory.
