How it works
Four stages, in order, before anything is offered to a guest.
Nothing is presented to a guest until we understand the operation behind them. The sequence below is deliberately slow at the start — the quality of every later conversation depends on it.
The commercial flow
What happens after a booking is confirmed.
- 01
Confirmed reservation
- 02
Guest needs
- 03
VIALÉA presentation
- 04
Service coordination
- 05
Additional margin
Stage 01
Understand the operation
Before anything is sold, we map how the property actually works — not how it is described on a website.
- Type and category of the properties
- Guest profile: origin, group composition, length of stay
- How and when reservations are confirmed
- Services already offered, and how they are offered today
- The current supplier network and its gaps
- How guests are contacted, and by whom
- Operational constraints the model has to respect
Stage 02
Build the service ecosystem
The catalogue is assembled around the destination and the guest, not around a template.
- Existing suppliers are kept wherever the property wants them kept
- Missing categories are identified and local alternatives sourced
- Selection balances quality, reliability and commercial viability
- Wherever possible, more than one option per category — a single point of failure is an operational risk, not a preference
- Terms, response times and cancellation conditions agreed in advance
Stage 03
Present, sell and coordinate
This is the layer most operations never build: a real commercial conversation with a guest who has already committed.
- VIALÉA contacts the guest through the agreed process
- Needs are identified rather than assumed
- Relevant services are presented — not the full catalogue
- Questions and objections are handled directly
- Bookings and suppliers are coordinated end to end
- Traceability is maintained throughout
Stage 04
Track and share value
What is not recorded cannot be improved, and cannot be fairly shared.
- Every sale attributed to VIALÉA is logged
- Services, amounts and applicable margins are documented
- The property receives the previously agreed share
- Commercial learning feeds back into future presentations
- Patterns in what guests request inform the next season
Getting started
What the first weeks look like.
- 01
A discovery conversation
Roughly an hour. Property, destination, guest profile, arrival volume and what has been tried before. - 02
A written scope
What we may offer, how we appear to guests, which suppliers are in play and how sales are recorded and shared. - 03
Ecosystem setup
Confirming existing suppliers and closing the gaps that matter for your guest profile. - 04
A defined trial
A set number of arrivals or a fixed period, so both sides decide on evidence rather than expectation.
Next step
The first stage is a conversation.
No commitment and no pitch: an hour to understand your operation and tell you honestly whether the model fits.
