A significant number of villa bookings exist because something is being celebrated. Those guests arrive with intent, a budget and a deadline — and they are the least likely to have organised the details from abroad.

How we handle it
Celebrations are coordinated backwards from the moment itself: what has to be in place, who needs access to the property and when, and what the fallback is if the weather turns. Surprises are handled with a single point of contact so the person being surprised stays surprised.
How quality is protected
Suppliers for occasions are chosen for reliability above creativity — a florist who is late has failed regardless of the arrangement. We confirm setup times on site and keep a contingency for anything held outdoors.
Why it matters to the property
Occasions produce the highest value per stay and the strongest emotional response to the property. They are also the moments most likely to generate a direct return booking.
Service availability is subject to destination, supplier confirmation and operational feasibility.
